Extended returns/exchanges 
Orders placed between 15 Nov & 24 Dec 2022 can be exchanged or returned until 31 Jan 2023, subject to the terms & conditions below.
 
100% Happy Guarantee
For orders made online only, if you're not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will work out together the best way to return the product to us. We will refund the price paid for the product itself minus re-stocking fee of $15 per item. The shipping fee is not refundable. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please see "Conditions to return orders" section below. 
Defects  
noomi does everything (and then some) to ensure that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment from our warehouse. Please check the product as soon as you receive it and report any defects to us via email or our "Contact Us" form within 7 days. If there's a defect in the product, we will exchange it with a new item. We will pay for the shipping & return shipping in this case. 
Warranty  
On top of the Consumer Guarantees set by the Australian law, noomi offers a 12 months warranty on seams & zippers on our bean bags. All other products come with 3 months warranty.  Our warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, damage arising from abnormal use or abuse, products which have not been maintained or which have been modified, and any indirect or consequential loss. We reserve the right to determine if a warranty claim is valid. All claims are calculated from date of purchase and a proof must be presented to us when a claim is made. This warranty is non-transferable.
Colour variations  
Product colours may look slightly different in reality since all computer monitors display colour differently. If you absolutely don't like the colour and would like to change to a different one, we are happy to help you with that, however the shipping costs for the new and returned product will have to be paid by you.
Change of mind  
If you change your mind after we have fulfilled your order and up to 7 days from the date you received the product, we are happy to offer a credit note / exchange the product with a different one. However, shipping costs for the new and returned product will have to be paid by you. No refund will be given for changing your mind, sorry. 
Conditions to return orders  
  • You must notify us of your intention to return any item within 7 days of delivery by email to: hello@noomi.com.au or via our "Contact Us" form.  
  • We will respond within 48 hours by email / phone and work out the best way to retrieve the product from you.  
  • Once we receive the product, we’ll inspect it to ensure your return reason is valid.  
  • Items must be returned within 14 days for a refund. Items returned after 14 days will be awarded with a credit note only.  
  • You must include a proof of purchase.  
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.  
  • We can only process refunds through your original payment method and may take a few days.
  • Returned products that have been damaged will be returned to the customer without a refund or credit note. 
  • Restocking fee of $15 per item will be deduced from the refund 
Cancellation of orders  
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we’ll immediately notify you by email or phone, using the email address or number provided.
